INCLUDED WARRANTY PERIOD

MJK Painting Pty Ltd warrants labour and materials for a period guaranteed by Home Building Act 1989 and other relevant legislation of New South Wales. Our responsibility is limited to the supply of labour and materials to correct the defective condition. Our warranty specifically excludes damages caused by accident/abuse, weather conditons such as temperature changes or excessive moisture, defective building materials or faulty workmanship by others.
